Terms of stay

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be requested and are subject to availability and additional fees.
  • All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the apartelle. A cleaning fee of P5,000.00 will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
  • Pets are not allowed in the apartelle.
  • To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed in the premises.
  • Damage to any part of the apartelle, including but not limited to furnishings, fixtures, and appliances, will be charged to the guest responsible for such damages.
  • For security purposes, visitors are only allowed in the lobby area and are not allowed to enter the guest rooms.
  • Any illegal activities, including the use of illegal drugs, are strictly prohibited in the apartelle. Guests who violate this policy will be reported to the authorities and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
  • The apartelle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our property policy or exhibits disruptive behavior.

Booking cancellation
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 1-3 days of the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% percent of the total booking amount
